Returns + Exchanges
Need to return or exchange an item? No prob...here’s the details:
Contact us at email@example.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please reference your order number in the subject line. We will instruct you with how to proceed with your return from there.
- All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can NOT be returned.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our store.
- Refunds must be issued back to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit. If your order qualified for FREE SHIPPING and your return would make your order now subject to shipping charges (original order minus return item is under $75), $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any shipping charges.
